Not only does she process all the insurance information, she needs to communicate with patients and staff on over a hundred different insurance plans !! We can’t imagine anyone handling this responsibly with more tact and efficiency. Needless to say, if you have a question about your eye care coverage- call Barbara ( or leave an e-mail.)

What a nice surprise to walk into a doctor’s office and to be greeted warmly. You can count on that from Debbie! It is no surprise for us that she has become an integral part of the staff. You can turn to Debbie for a true sense of fashion when making your frame selections.
Dolly H, Patient Experience Expert
Dolly is the first person you normally will see a the front desk. She is always happy, enthusuiastic, and patient with all. Sometimes we hate her. When not at work, she has a wonderful family and loves the “turtle” cheesecake from Duffers.
While a local girl, Kathy spent sometime in the California sunshine and lucky for us, she landed in our practice. While a very capable Optician, she spends a great deal of time making certain that proper procedures are followed for the fabrication of all your eyeglass prescriptions.
This is a daunting task considering the dozens of insurance companies and their respective labs. Somehow she handles it with a smile and an infectious laugh. Thanks Kathy!
When you call the office, there is a good chance you will get Ruth.
After years of working dispatch for a trucking company, she finds our patient encounters quite gracious.
It is nice to have a kind soul to speak with when you call and need help navigating the difficulties that can arise in making appointments or even understanding your insurance coverage, fees, contact lenses, eyeglass warranties………..
It is wonderful to have it handled so well.
